    What to Expect

    Step into two handcrafted Grand Saunas, built for deep, consistent heat and true relaxation.Move between the warmth of the sauna and our temperature controlled cold plunge baths, filtered for safe and refreshing cold exposure.Each 75 minute session gives you time to slow down, reset,
    and move between heat and cold at your own pace.    No experience needed.
    Whether it is your first sauna or part of your regular routine, everyone is welcome.

    Swimwear, two towels and water.    Is it suitable for beginners?
    Yes. Sessions are welcoming and beginner friendly.    How cold are the ice baths?
    Our Urban Ice Tribe baths are temperature controlled between 5°C - 10°C, allowing safe and consistent cold exposure for both beginners and experienced users.    Age restriction?
    18 plus.    Cancellation policy?
    24 hour notice required.
